Life in 10 Minutes
Writing the truth about our lives is a practice that can transform not only how we communicate with the world but how we navigate our own inner landscapes. In this hands-on writing workshop, we will explore free-writing techniques designed to help us express, imagine, translate and heal our experiences, dreams, and memories as they emerge on the page. Everyone should have a notebook and a pen. We will write by hand!
